Reverse Withdrawal

If you have made a withdrawal request recently and wish to cancel that request and obtain Poker Chips, reversing your withdrawal is recommended. As long as your withdrawal request has not been approved or sent, you may reverse your withdrawal. A reversal will return the chips to your ActionPoker.com account instantly and there is no fee for reversals.

From the "Cashier" option, within the software, select "View Payout Status". If you have requested a payout and it has not yet been processed, you will see a "Payouts Summary". By simply clicking on the " Cancel Button" you may reverse any pending payout requests.

Withdrawal by NETELLER

NETELLER is ActionPoker.com's most recommended method of withdrawal It's Fast, and it's easy to use!

Before a payout can be processed to NETELLER, each customer must make a deposit from their registered email address with NETELLER to their poker account. The email address on the NETELLER deposit must match the email address in the players poker account.

5 Easy Steps:

  1. Please select: "Cashier > Go To Cashier…." from the drop down menu located in the upper left hand corner of the card room lobby. Once you are on the Cashier web page, click "Request Payout".
  2. From the Request Payout screen, please specify that you wish to withdraw using NETELLER.
  3. Choose which wallet to withdraw funds from and enter the amount of money you wish to withdraw. Click "Continue".
  4. ActionPoker.com will verify the information you entered and will process your request.
  5. After confirming your payout, your NETELLER transfer will be sent to the email address you registered with ActionPoker.com. Please verify this information. To change your email address, please go to the Client Lobby (the screen that appears immediately after logging in). Click on "Lobby " in the toolbar, then " Validate/Change Email ". Enter your updated email address in the relevant box and then click "Submit ". To make any other changes, visit Options/Change Personal Information, within the game window.

 

Information
NETELLER only accepts whole dollar amounts. Any remaining cents will be credited back to your ActionPoker.com account.

For security reasons, we require 12 hours from last deposit to withdrawal request. This allows your deposit to clear the processor.

Processing Time
For NETELLER transfers, we ask that you allow 48-72 hours, excluding Saturday and Sunday, for your funds to appear at NETELLER.

EcoCard provides a very efficient and traceable system for processing your withdrawals.

Before a payout can be processed to EcoCard, each customer must make a deposit from their registered email address with EcoCard to their poker account. The email address on the EcoCard deposit must match the email address in the players poker account.

5 Easy Steps:

  2. From the Request Payout screen, please specify that you wish to withdraw by Wire Transfer.
  3. Choose which wallet to withdraw funds from and enter the amount of money you wish to withdraw. Click "Continue".
  4. ActionPoker.com will verify the information you entered and will process your request.
  5. After confirming your payout, your Wire Transfer will be sent to your bank account. And an email will be send to you confirming that your transfer has been processed.

 

Information
ActionPoker.com restricts wire transfers to one per customer per 7-day period.

For security reasons, we require customers wait 12 hours from the time of your last deposit to request a withdrawal. The reason for this delay is to allow your deposit to clear the processor.

Withdrawal by Moneybookers

Moneybookers is a trusted and reliable method of withdrawal

Before a payout can be processed to Moneybookers, each customer must make a deposit from their registered email address with Moneybookers to their poker account. The email address on the Moneybookers deposit must match the email address in the players poker account.

5 Easy Steps:

  1. Please select: "Cashier > Go To Cashier.." from the drop down menu located in the upper left hand corner of the card room lobby. Once you are on the Cashier web page, click "Request Payout".
  2. From the Request Payout screen, please specify that you wish to withdraw using Moneybookers.
  3. Choose which wallet to withdraw funds from and enter the amount of money you wish to withdraw. Enter your Moneybookers email as you used to open the account. Click "Continue".
  4. ActionPoker.com will verify the information you entered and will process your request.
  5. A confirmation of your Moneybookers transaction will be sent to the email address you registered with ActionPoker.com You may update your email address and any other personal information by selecting: "Options > Change Personal Information" from the drop down menu within the card room lobby.

 

Information
For your security we require 12 hours, from the time of the last deposit into your account, to start processing your withdrawal request.

Processing time
Please allow up to 5 days for your funds to appear at your Moneybookers account.
