First Time Deposit Bonus Promotion Rules
ActionPoker encourages players to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse that comes to the attention of ActionPoker may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions. Our definition of abuse by a player includes but is not limited to the making use of promotional offers without the player ever risking their own funds.

• Only players who make a deposit through the ACTION POKER NETWORK and from 1 of the countries listed above are eligible for this promotion. Subsequent accounts will not be eligible.
• The promotion can be used only once on deposits made by 20^th August 2009, 11:59pm (EST) will be eligible for this bonus as long as the PSC150 bonus code is used. ActionPoker players will need to add the bonus code when making a deposit to active this deposit bonus on the account.
• Minimum deposit is $20.00 and maximum deposit allowed for this promotion is $500.00.Once the bonus code is activated, transferring money to other accounts is prohibited.
• Redeeming the PSC150 bonus will require the player to play enough hands to redeem 17 POP (what is POP?) for every $1US deposited from the day of the deposit. Any pre-existing POP will not count towards the POP requirements for this bonus. For example if a player deposits $50 dollars, in order to receive their $75 they must player enough hands to satisfy 850 POP from the day of the deposit.
• Players will have 30 days from the time they make their deposit with the bonus code PSC150 to meet the POP requirements.
• Players are only allowed 1 active account.
• Players need to add the PSC150 bonus code on the cashier page when making their deposit via paysafecard for the code to be activated.
• ActionPoker reserves the right to limit the number of times a player may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, email address, credit/charge/debit card number, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, ActionPoker reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses earned by any participant.
• ActionPoker may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of players or any one player to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of players to participate in promotions.
• ActionPoker reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without further notice. However, ActionPoker will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to the players of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination. ActionPoker shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the end user.
• ActionPoker reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time for any reason whatsoever. If upon such review it appears that a player is participating in strategies which ActionPoker in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, ActionPoker reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such players to the promotion.
• No player may have more than one ActionPoker account. If ActionPoker detects a player with more than one account, we reserve the right to relocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the extra account(s). Any bonuses given to the extra accounts will be removed.
• This bonus cannot be combined with any other bonus promotion.
